You enjoying your day off? I do hope so. THREE DAY WEEKENDS ROCK! (Wife working because she does not earn paid vacation, does not.) You got up pretty early this morning, and based on the way you looked coming back, it looked like you had a great run! I think I'm going to have to swap out into my wick material shirts for all my runs soon. The humidity and the heat are really getting to me!!!
